Training began on Tuesday for Texas State Championships. Well, that's not completely correct. Training began last October sometime but, there has been a switching of gears this week. Jody May-Saulsubury has taken on the arduous task of coaching/advising me regarding diet and workouts. The diet has been completely overhauled as well as the workout.

The workout is kicking my butt, seriously. Reps have increased substantially. Muscles are screaming. Feels really good though. I've lost somewhere between 5 and 8 pounds this week. Why the range? Because, as a woman, my weight fluctuated so much before this week that it was crazy. So, I started out somewhere between 157 and 160 with 14.9% bodyfat.
